Mid FullStack Developer (Backend Focus)

Develocraft is involved in a large-scale automotive data project.

• 3–5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Practical experience with Angular and ability to work across fullstack.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
• Experience with Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Pandas, Polars, DuckDB, or similar data-processing technologies.
• Familiarity with S3 and Athena.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code.
• Comfortable working with Spec-Driven Development / AI-SDLC.
• Proficient enough in Python and Angular to work independently without learning during the project.
• Fluent spoken and written English at minimum B2 level.

• Develop new features and functionalities across the application.
• Build backend solutions and APIs using Python and Flask.
• Work with SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
• Build serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
• Use S3 and Athena for data persistence and processing.
• Develop ETL and data-processing workflows using Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB.
• Contribute to frontend development using Angular, including building a new frontend layer on a legacy backend.
• Contribute to new backend components and an early-stage AI Insights layer using Pydantic.
• Work in an AI-SDLC / Spec-Driven Development model, creating specifications based on PRDs and developing solutions based on reviewed specs.
• Use AI-assisted coding as standard practice and critically review AI-generated code.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers, QA, and Product Owners in a cross-functional team.
