Senior UX Designer (SaaS & AI)

The role is within an IT team focused on shaping SaaS products and integrating AI technologies for user-facing products and internal tools. The company is involved in the AI revolution, emphasizing Product-Led Growth strategies and user engagement. The position is based in Kraków, Poland, and involves close collaboration with Product Manager, development, and QA teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer in digital SaaS product development
• Practical knowledge and understanding of Product-Led Growth strategies and retention mechanisms
• Documented experience in designing e-commerce websites focused on increasing conversion
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and task management systems like JIRA
• Ability to integrate design knowledge with business and technical goals
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills

• Designing First-Time Match experiences, including onboarding and initial product interaction
• Creating processes and screens to enhance user retention
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive constructive UX insights
• Direct collaboration with users to collect feedback and propose product improvements
• Conducting UX tests and experiments to continuously improve system usability
• Managing information architecture and simplifying complex SaaS ecosystem processes
• Reporting and organizing work using the JIRA system
• Working closely with the R&D team, Product Manager, developers, and QA to develop optimal user solutions
