Administrator Sieci i Systemów (K/M)

Optima Logistics Group S.A. is the employer offering this position in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience in system and network administration.
• Experience configuring and managing network devices such as routers and switches.
• Knowledge of Active Directory user, group, and GPO management.
• Experience managing Windows Server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms like Hyper-V, VMware, or Proxmox.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with mail systems (Exchange/Microsoft 365) and mail protection mechanisms.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Responsibility and openness to new solutions.
• English language proficiency sufficient for fluent communication and technical documentation usage.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code).
• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and MDM platforms (e.g., Intune).
• Experience with VoIP telephony and IP PBX systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL/COBIT frameworks for incident and change management.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Linux).
• Openness to process automation and continuous improvement of solutions efficiency and quality.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux servers along with virtualization environments (hosts, VMs, storage).
• Management of IaaS/PaaS cloud resources including configuration, usage monitoring, and cost management (Azure, AWS or others).
• Administration of Active Directory accounts, groups, GPO policies, replication, diagnostics, and user permissions.
• Maintenance of LAN/WAN infrastructure centrally and in branches including firewalls, routers, switches, and network services like DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Administration of VoIP telephony, IP PBX systems, internal numbering, and coordination with telco providers.
• Management of Exchange/Microsoft 365 mail systems, licenses, tenant configuration, anti-spam, and mail security.
• Implementation and maintenance of operational security solutions including MFA, BitLocker, EDR/antivirus, SSL/TLS certificates, system updates, and patching.
• Supervision over workstation and mobile device management, software packaging, and system images deployment.
• Monitoring performance, availability, capacity planning, and SLA maintenance.
• Backup implementation, monitoring, recovery testing, and disaster recovery planning.
• L2 support and incident handling including diagnostics and cooperation with Service Desk and IT teams.
• Automation of server configuration with PowerShell DSC and Ansible.
• Execution of changes following Change Management procedures.
• Documentation and reporting of technical infrastructure, operational instructions, and system security/performance reports.
