• Proven experience delivering major change and leading complex transformation programmes in large organisations.
• Track record of delivering large-scale change against challenging deadlines.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, executives, and/or Board-level governance.
• Strong commercial and organisational judgement.
• Ability to understand complex environments and identify critical priorities.
• Experience working across technology and business teams.
• Pragmatic approach to requirements, design, and delivery.
• Confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and changing requirements.
• Ability to identify programme drift and intervene promptly.
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues into clear decisions and actions.
• Credibility to operate with both senior executives and delivery teams.
• Strong expertise in authorization processes; programming experience preferred in C# or Java.

• Take senior ownership of the programme from mobilisation through to implementation and adoption.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into a practical delivery plan.
• Establish milestones and create a credible route to delivery.
• Challenge assumptions, existing processes, and conventional delivery approaches that slow progress.
• Coordinate technology, TPRM/operations, risk, compliance, data, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Drive delivery across multiple teams without direct line management authority.
• Make decisions with incomplete information.
• Create lightweight but effective governance that supports delivery.
• Identify and resolve critical dependencies, risks, and blockers early.
• Collaborate closely with technology and product teams to move from concept to usable capability.
• Ensure AI-enabled capabilities are embedded into operational processes and adopted by users.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations, challenging unrealistic timelines, scope, or assumptions.
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and Board-level governance.
• Maintain delivery focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Foster a culture of "solve it and move" rather than waiting for perfect answers.
