Senior Cloudflare WAF Security Consultant

• Extensive hands-on experience with Cloudflare Enterprise.
• Strong expertise in WAF deployment, tuning, and optimisation.
• Experience managing DNS proxying, SSL/TLS configuration, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of web application security and common attack vectors.
• Experience with cipher remediation and modern TLS security standards.
• Experience working with F5 load balancers and enterprise traffic management solutions.
• Knowledge of web application architectures, reverse proxies, networking, and security controls.
• Experience supporting large-scale domain and application onboarding programmes.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, consultancy, and communication skills.

• Lead onboarding of domains and applications into Cloudflare Enterprise environments.
• Design, implement, and optimise Cloudflare WAF policies across multiple platforms.
• Configure and support DNS proxying, SSL/TLS settings, certificate management, and traffic routing.
• Identify and remediate weak cipher configurations and web security vulnerabilities.
• Support integration with F5 load balancers and existing network infrastructure.
• Implement and optimise origin security controls.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish secure onboarding and operational processes.
• Support logging, monitoring, and security event integrations with enterprise observability platforms.
• Provide guidance on Cloudflare security capabilities and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex web application security, networking, and traffic management issues.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable deployment patterns.
