P&P Solutions is seeking a Senior Business-System Analyst for a project with a public institution in the medical sector. The project involves developing systems processing electronic medical documentation (EDM) according to the HL7 CDA standard and the Polish National Implementation. The work impacts digital services used by patients and medical facilities across Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects.
• Practical knowledge of the HL7 CDA standard, preferably in the context of PIK HL7 CDA.
• Experience analyzing system integrations (REST/SOAP, XML, XSD, JSON).
• Very good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Experience working with tools like Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to conduct workshops and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient Polish language (C2) and English sufficient for working with documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in healthcare projects such as e-prescriptions, e-referrals, P1/IKP, or HIS systems.
• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR, medical dictionaries (ICD-10, ICD-9 PL, LOINC, SNOMED CT), and Schematron.
• Experience in public sector projects.
• Certifications like IREB CPRE, IIBA, or HL7.

• Analyze, specify, and document business and system requirements for EDM solutions.
• Analyze and design medical document structures in HL7 CDA (PIK HL7 CDA) standard, including templates, validation rules, and dictionaries.
• Specify integrations between medical systems and the central platform (APIs, services, message exchanges).
• Model processes using BPMN notation and system models in UML.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and translate their needs into IT requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers throughout the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements and participating in acceptance.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain coherence of analytical documentation.
