IT Systems Analyst

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience as an IT System Analyst
• Proficient in UML and BPMN, experienced with Enterprise Architect
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in creating system documentation
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with system analysis methods and visual modeling techniques
• Knowledge of REST, BPM, AsyncAPI, RabbitMQ, Kafka, BPMN, and JIRA

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SOAP
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Good organizational skills

• Analyze systems and model processes using Enterprise Architect, UML, and BPMN
• Design APIs, including REST and event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Collaborate with development and testing teams
• Work in an Agile methodology environment

The recruitment and onboarding process is conducted fully remotely and consists of a phone interview, a technical-business video interview, and a video meeting with the Product Owner.
