Intern Software Developer - Java

Motorola Solutions is a global company focused on technologies that help keep people safer everywhere, developing mission critical TETRA-based communication systems. The Dimetra Network Management team, located in Krakow, is responsible for system configuration and monitoring solutions developed and tested in the local R&D center.

• Good knowledge of Java (JDK 21) and Java Concurrency.
• Clear English communication skills (B1+ or higher).
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Minimum availability of 32 hours per week.
• Readiness for a 15-month employment contract (Umowa o Pracę).
• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2 days per week.

Additional Knowledge/Skills:

• Basic understanding of computer networks, specifically routing and switching.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control techniques, such as Jenkins and Git.

• Cooperate with Scrum teams on planning, development, testing, and maintenance of customer-facing features.
