Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland (MBGSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a Finance Operations Center for the AG and its subsidiaries, it offers innovative solutions in finance and controlling. Founded in 2024, it is in a strong development phase aiming to contribute to the Group's success in Kraków.

• Solid understanding of business and sales processes within a global, multi-level organization; automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex processes and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Good understanding of technical concepts such as Microsoft Windows environments, networks, and relational databases.
• Ability to read and interpret XML and JSON structures is an asset.
• Working knowledge of REST API (GET, POST, PUT) and common data formats like CSV is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High customer orientation, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English skills; German language skills would be an asset.

• Act as the primary analytical partner for international markets using the Point of Sales system, supporting them in understanding system capabilities and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Gather, structure, and evaluate market requirements ensuring alignment with global sales processes.
• Analyze incidents, defects, and market feedback to determine root causes and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and service providers to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
• Support markets in planning software changes and releases, assessing readiness and reviewing scope.
• Review and test system implementations, new features, and bug fixes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and requirement clarification sessions with markets and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute analytical insights to shape future improvements of the POS system including process optimizations and user experience enhancements.
