Business Automation & AI Manager

FreshQ Transport is a company specializing in international refrigerated transport of food products.

• Experience in implementing AI and process automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Make, n8n, Power Automate or similar tools.
• Ability to integrate systems via API and webhooks.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, TMS systems and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards, e.g., in Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of IT administration and cybersecurity.
• Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements.
• Self-reliance, good organization skills, and communication.
• English language proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the transport or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript.

• Implement and develop AI solutions supporting all departments.
• Identify processes for automation and design and implement improvements.
• Create and maintain integrations between systems (CRM, TMS, ERP, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Manage automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Power Automate).
• Collaborate with system suppliers and implementation partners.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and business analyses.
• Train employees on using AI tools and new technologies.
• Manage company IT environment and work standards.
• Oversee data security, backups, and cybersecurity policies.
• Monitor new technology market and recommend solutions to increase organizational efficiency.
• Develop standards, procedures, and documentation related to AI, automation, and IT.
