Product Owner (she/he/they)

Żabka Polska operates a network of 13,000 stores and develops the Cyberstore platform, a comprehensive solution supporting franchisees in store management, including ordering goods, inventory management, finances, communication, reporting, operations, and staff management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or operations/logistics
• Experience working on complex products with multiple business processes, integrations, and diverse user groups
• Practical experience in Scrum teams with knowledge of Agile principles, backlog management, and team coordination
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate with teams of various competencies including developers, designers, and analysts
• Strong communication skills, ability to gather, organize, and prioritize needs and align team direction
• Independent, creative, and responsible attitude toward product ownership

• Manage a product responsible for daily operations performed by franchisees
• Collaborate with Product Manager to translate strategy and product goals into actionable tasks
• Translate strategy and product goals into business needs and user problems, decomposing them into backlog tasks
• Participate in both discovery and delivery phases, including idea testing, hypothesis validation, and feature implementation
• Cooperate with other Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure consistent user experience and share knowledge
