Workplace Services Engineer

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. The company operates across multiple offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic, employing over 440 people. Its financing solutions are integrated into the shopping experience of more than 6,000 retailers, supporting merchant growth and providing seamless shopping for end customers.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, workplace engineering, IT operations, or systems administration.
• Strong expertise in managing Windows and macOS environments.
• Practical experience with office networking, including VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi, switches, and printers.
• Experience with workplace and meeting room technologies such as Google Meet and Cisco Webex.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as JumpCloud or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, as well as collaboration tools like Slack and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk).
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user access, SSO, onboarding/offboarding, and related integrations.
• Experience with vendor management, hardware procurement, license management, and IT asset management.
• Experience supporting or improving employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Familiarity with automation, scripting, or workflow tools to streamline IT operations; hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, Zapier, or similar is advantageous.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently across Workplace IT.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Serve as technical owner for office infrastructure across Gdańsk, Warsaw, and Prague, covering networking, security, and office IT equipment.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline IT processes such as onboarding/offboarding and device management.
• Act as key point of contact for technical issues in Windows and macOS environments, VPNs, IAM, and collaboration tools.
• Travel to Warsaw and Prague offices for hands-on maintenance, setup deployments, and on-site support.
• Administer and optimize core IT stack including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and MDM solutions like JumpCloud.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, procurement, software licensing, and hardware assets.
