BPM/RPA Developer (WEBCON)

• Solid practical experience working end-to-end with the WEBCON BPS platform
• Independence in designing and implementing BPM processes
• Very good knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN)
• Experience in system integrations (API, web services)
• Ability to analyze processes and propose realistic business improvements
• Experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and good work organization
• Good command of English language

• Independently design, develop, and implement business processes using the WEBCON BPS platform
• Model processes with BPMN notation
• Configure workflow, business rules, forms, and document circulation in WEBCON
• Integrate BPM processes with other systems using API and web services
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes
• Test, deploy, and monitor BPM solutions in production
• Collaborate with business and IT on gathering and clarifying requirements
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation
