Robotics Software Engineer

This role is within a fast-growing robotics initiative focused on AI-powered warehouse automation. The company works on solutions that enable robots to identify and handle hundreds of products, supporting logistics processes such as order fulfillment, returns processing, and inventory management.

• Senior-level professional software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills with proven experience delivering production-grade solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics.
• Solid understanding of robotics concepts, including computer vision, robotic arms, and robotic platforms operating in constrained or restricted environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on complex robotics software solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Experience designing and developing complex, multi-layered software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

• Design and develop advanced robotics software solutions for warehouse automation systems.
• Build and maintain software components using Python and ROS.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize robotics applications operating in real-world production environments.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities at customer sites when required.
• Drive continuous improvements in system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, software design, and engineering best practices.
