AI Product Owner

Upvanta operates in the field of industrializing and scaling AI solutions within organizations, focusing on AI Delivery, MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, and governance processes for enterprise AI.

• Experience managing products, programs, or technical initiatives focused on AI/ML/GenAI.
• Knowledge of AI Delivery processes, MLOps, LLMOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience advancing technological solutions from PoC/pilot to production phases.
• Understanding of production operations, monitoring, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI Governance, Security, and Compliance principles.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
• Skills in managing dependencies, risks, roadmaps, and release management processes.
• Capability to translate business goals into concrete technological requirements and actions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work in cross-functional environments.

• Manage the full delivery cycle of AI products and solutions across multiple teams and business units.
• Design, implement, and oversee CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps processes for AI and GenAI solutions.
• Ensure readiness of AI solutions for production deployment, focusing on reliability, security, and operational stability.
• Develop and scale AI platforms and supporting services within the organization.
• Monitor AI solution performance, availability, and quality; initiate optimization and continuous improvement activities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business value measures for AI initiatives.
• Coordinate collaboration among Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data, and Business teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, release plans, and AI delivery governance processes organization-wide.
• Build and standardize best practices for delivering and operating AI solutions.
• Support transition of AI solutions from experimental and pilot phases to scalable, maintainable production environments.
• Promote adoption of AI platforms and standards across various teams and business units.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence in AI.
