Business Continuity Project Manager

Ework Group is hiring for a Business Continuity Project Manager role to support a large Nordic bank in developing and delivering ICT Business Continuity Plans.

• 3+ years experience developing or working with Business Continuity frameworks and documentation
• Good knowledge of DORA and financial services ICT BCP regulations
• Hands-on experience preparing project documentation, presentations, and delivery documents
• Strong communication skills to develop processes, procedures, policies, or frameworks
• Ability to collaborate across teams and integrate different inputs into coherent approaches
• Preferably experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience in financial services

• Manage the development and delivery of more than 70 ICT Business Continuity Plans, ensuring steady flow and managing dependencies
• Support the creation of the ICT BCP framework and template aligned with bank guidelines and stakeholder input
• Drive development of ICT BCP testing methodology based on business continuity guidelines and bank methodologies
• Collaborate with the DORA programme to align content and scope of ICT BCPs for critical or important functions
• Evaluate workload based on DORA project deliveries and identify resource needs
• Engage with DORA representatives to identify and mitigate potential delays
• Manage the approval process for ICT BCPs
• Support ICT BCP governance documentation development and lifecycle maintenance
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and delivery materials consolidating inputs from various teams

Work location hybrid with minimum 3 days per week onsite at Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź.
