Business Continuity Project Manager

DCG operates within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) focusing on ICT Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks aligned with DORA regulations.

• 3+ years of experience working with Business Continuity frameworks, processes, or documentation
• Good understanding of DORA and Financial Services Industry regulations related to ICT Business Continuity and Operational Resilience
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, presentations, reports, and delivery materials
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple teams
• Ability to analyze and consolidate input to create structured processes, procedures, policies, or frameworks
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills including dependency, workload, risk, and delivery management
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
• Practical experience in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, ICT Service Continuity, or Operational Resilience
• Experience working within regulatory or transformation programmes involving DORA or similar regulatory frameworks

• Manage the development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans, ensuring steady delivery flow and managing dependencies with other projects
• Support development and continuous improvement of the ICT BCP framework and templates in line with internal guidelines and stakeholder input
• Drive development of an ICT BCP testing methodology using existing guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the DORA programme to ensure alignment on Critical or Important Functions (CIFs) and ICT BCP scope
• Continuously assess workload and identify additional resource requirements based on dependencies and deliverables
• Engage proactively with DORA representatives and other stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and delays
• Manage and coordinate the review and approval process for ICT BCPs
• Support development of ICT BCP governance documentation, including lifecycle management processes
• Coordinate input from multiple teams and stakeholders to consolidate requirements into consistent deliverables
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, status materials, and other delivery documentation
