IT Traineeship

Procter & Gamble Plant in Aleksandrow Lodzki is a manufacturing site producing iconic brands used worldwide.

• Pursuing or recently graduated (within 12 months) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in Polish.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Site Digital Technology Leader:

• Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan.
• Lead critical projects and drive digital operational excellence.
• Mitigate system risks and ensure compliant deployment of digital solutions.
• Implement scalable technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
• Use ITIL, project management, and leadership to align stakeholders.

Site Cyber Security Leader:

• Develop and deploy site security strategy through security technologies and processes.
• Lead threat identification and risk mitigation across the plant.
• Maintain defense-in-depth security posture including ICS, network, endpoint, and application security.
• Oversee local incident response and conduct self-assessments.
• Implement risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate to promote security awareness and compliance.

Trainee Role:

• Experience a subset of the above responsibilities with project ownership from day one.
