Project Specialist / Project Manager

This role is within an international Network Vendor Management environment in the Transportation / Logistics industry.

• Previous experience in project coordination, PMO, project management, or project reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including creating reports and dashboards.
• Practical experience with SharePoint Lists / Microsoft Lists.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and structured project reporting.
• Experience working with project data, trackers, KPIs, milestones, and governance documentation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Good command of English.
• Experience within IT infrastructure, networking, telecom, vendor management, IT service management, or large international organisations is an advantage.

• Supporting the Project Manager, Governance Lead, and Contract Manager in day-to-day project activities.
• Coordinating project actions, milestones, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• Supporting stakeholders and ensuring effective communication across the project.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, governance materials, trackers, and status reports.
• Collecting, validating, and consolidating project data from multiple sources.
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of project information.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor project progress, risks, milestones, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Creating and managing complex SharePoint Lists / Microsoft Lists.
• Managing SharePoint project sites, document libraries, and collaboration spaces.
• Preparing and improving reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Supporting data quality activities and maintaining project databases and CMDB-related information.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders and supporting project governance standards.
