Product Designer - Mobile UI & Design System (Mid/Senior)

Inter Cars S.A. is recruiting for a Product Designer role within a project for a new native B2C mobile application. The role involves working on mobile UI and design systems for a commercial product. • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience designing digital products.
• Practical experience designing commercial mobile applications, especially large e-commerce or m-commerce B2C products.
• Strong visual/UI design skills including visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, and interaction details.
• Experience developing the visual direction of a product from concept or based on existing branding.
• Practical application of design patterns for iOS and Android, understanding when to share solutions or platform-specific implementations.
• Experience creating and evolving a design system used in commercial products.
• Ability to translate visual language into foundations, tokens, components, variants, and usage rules.
• Close cooperation experience with developers including consulting on technical constraints and verifying implementation quality.
• Application of mobile interface accessibility principles.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions clearly and to work constructively with feedback.
• Proficiency in Polish and English enabling work in both languages.

Nice to have:

• Experience with white-label, multi-brand design systems and decisions on shared versus product-specific elements.
• Experience in design system strategy and roadmap planning.
• Experience working with Storybook or similar tools.
• Experience designing motion and advanced mobile interactions.
• Experience using AI for visual exploration, prototyping, or design system work.

• Define the visual direction of the application and create a consistent interface language.
• Design detailed high-fidelity mockups for the mobile application.
• Create and develop a scalable mobile design system including foundations, tokens, components, interaction patterns, and documentation.
• Design solutions considering the specifics of iOS and Android platforms.
• Build prototypes to validate interface behavior, interactions, and motion.
• Collaborate closely with a second Product Designer to maintain UI consistency and quality.
• Work closely with mobile developers during design and implementation phases.
• Ensure accessibility, visual quality, and consistency of designed solutions.
• Verify implementation quality through design QA.
