Prosjektleder nye digitale virksomhetskritiske tjenester – NPE

NPE started in 2020 the work of modernizing and upgrading case management solutions used by both NPE and Helseklage. This includes further development and modernization of solutions, upgrading technical platforms, establishing and adapting integrations, procurement and implementation of cloud services, as well as related change and introduction activities.

• Minimum 8 years experience leading large projects or programs.
• Experience with IT projects in the public sector.
• Certified Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent Foundation certification with Practitioner-level experience.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
• Competence in documentation management, archiving, and NOARK standards.
• Experience with the Project Model "Prosjektveiviseren" for public sector.
• Familiarity with agile working methods.
• Experience with implementation of cloud services in public sector projects.
• Knowledge of information security and GDPR.
• Availability from January 2, 2027, up to 100% employment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with large digitalization or modernization projects especially in public sector and healthcare.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, integrations, cloud adoption, and transition to operations.
• Good understanding of technology and economics.
• Experience with case and archive systems in public sector.
• PMP certification or similar.
• Strong collaboration, structuring, analytical skills, and effective communication with management, professionals, and technical environments.

• Plan, coordinate, and follow-up project activities and deliverables during the project's closing phase.
• Manage resources, progress monitoring, and risk handling.
• Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders and report to project governance.
• Collaborate closely with professional environments and leadership in NPE and Helseklage.
• Facilitate project closure including documentation, benefit follow-up, and transfer to regular operations.
• Possible involvement in other projects as deemed necessary by the client.
