Senior Lead Consultant/Principal Data Advisor

• Extensive experience leading large and complex data programs.
• Experience in the banking, financial, or other regulated environments.
• Experience collaborating with executive management and steering committees.
• Practical knowledge of Data Governance, data architecture, and data transformation.
• Ability to make and justify architectural and organizational decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to moderate complex negotiations between business, IT, security, and data owners.
• Experience in building or transforming data warehouses, data platforms, or Data Lakehouse solutions.
• Knowledge of GCP/BigQuery sufficient to assess architectural and technical recommendations.
• Ability to work in a complex organizational environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Independence, responsibility, and decision-making skills in critical business areas.
• Very good command of English (B2 level).

• Act as leader and advisor for data strategy, architecture, and transformation.
• Manage large and complex data programs within the organization.
• Collaborate with executive management and participate in steering committees.
• Make and recommend key architectural and organizational decisions regarding data.
• Design and develop the target data governance model and data management processes.
• Assess and shape data architecture and data environment transformation.
• Moderate agreements between business, IT, security, and data owners.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points at the organizational level.
• Evaluate existing solutions and recommend development and optimization directions.
• Support initiatives related to data warehouse, data platform, and Data Lakehouse development.
• Assess technical and architectural recommendations for the GCP/BigQuery environment.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment of data initiatives with organizational goals.
• Prepare recommendations and decision materials, and present them to management and stakeholders.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
