• Experience designing and modeling data for data warehouses, integrated, and analytical layers.
• Practical experience integrating data from multiple source systems.
• Knowledge of good data modeling practices in BigQuery.
• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Google Cloud data services.
• Experience working with business analysts, Data Stewards, data owners, and domain experts.
• Experience defining data modeling standards, documentation rules, and data management.
• Experience in Data Governance in large organizations; preferred experience in the financial sector or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of roles and responsibilities of data owners and Data Stewards.
• Knowledge of data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage.
• Experience in agreeing on business definitions and data semantics between stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data quality issues and related monitoring and improvement processes.
• Ability to collaborate with business and translate business needs into data and technological requirements.
• Experience designing efficient, scalable, and secure data solutions.
• Knowledge of optimizing costs and performance in BigQuery, including query optimization, partitioning, and clustering.
• Experience collaborating with Data Engineers and implementation teams.
• Knowledge of security issues in GCP, especially IAM, encryption, auditing, and access control.
• Very good communication skills and ability to cooperate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English (B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects within banking, financial, or other regulated sectors.
• Experience building or transforming large data warehouses and data platforms.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture approaches, including Data Mesh and Data Products.
• Experience in migration or transformation of data environments to the cloud.
• Knowledge of tools supporting metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage.
• Experience defining and implementing Data Governance standards in large organizations.
• Knowledge of good practices for cost and performance optimization in BigQuery.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes and requirements related to data governance in the financial sector.

• Co-creating and developing data architecture and data models for data warehouses and analytical layers.
• Designing and developing data models in the Google Cloud Platform environment, especially BigQuery.
• Analyzing integration of data from multiple source systems and designing target usage.
• Defining and developing data modeling standards, documentation, and data management rules.
• Collaborating with business analysts, Data Stewards, data owners, and domain experts to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Supporting Data Governance processes including defining roles, responsibilities, governance policies, and documentation methods.
• Participating in defining and harmonizing business data definitions, terminology, and semantics.
• Supporting the development of data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage mechanisms.
• Identifying and supporting resolution of data quality issues.
• Translating business needs into data requirements, data models, and technological solutions.
• Designing efficient, scalable, and secure data solutions within GCP.
• Analyzing and optimizing data processing costs and performance of BigQuery solutions.
• Designing and optimizing queries, partitioning, clustering, and data processing methods.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers and implementation teams.
• Supporting technical teams in architecture, data modeling, and good practices in GCP/BigQuery.
• Incorporating data security requirements including IAM, encryption, auditing, and access control in GCP solutions.
• Preparing recommendations, documentation, and materials supporting decisions regarding architecture and data management.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
