Solution Architect

Ciklum is a custom product engineering company with a global team of over 4,000 developers, consultants, analysts, and product owners. The company supports multinational organizations and scaling startups, focusing on solving complex business challenges. The role involves working on projects for the largest professional services network delivering audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk, and financial advisory services worldwide.

• Fluent English
• More than 7 years of commercial software development experience
• More than 3 years of commercial solution architecture design experience
• Experience with data management, data integration, and data transformation approaches
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration
• Understanding of SDLC processes
• Experience guiding software development, testing, deployment, and project management
• Excellent knowledge in Computer Science and Computing Theory
• Knowledge of Architectural & Design Patterns, Paradigms & Principles, and Database Theory
• Knowledge of code testing practices
• Practical experience with Microservices architecture, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Databricks, Azure Service Bus, DBMS, Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, and .NET 10
• Business skills including client-facing, business consulting, and communication capabilities
• Ability to communicate verbally and visually, explain design decisions, influence senior client decision makers, and develop long-lasting stakeholder relationships
• Experience leading and supporting medium to large solution delivery projects
• Analysis of business, product, and technology requirements

Nice to have:

• Certifications in Architecture frameworks (SEI, TOGAF, etc.)
• Certifications in Cloud providers (Microsoft Azure)
• Certifications in Delivery processes (SAFe, Agile, etc.)
• Experience with Release Management and Configuration Management tools

• Identify key business stakeholders and establish communication with them
• Identify business goals and objectives
• Gather primary functionality, quality characteristics of software behavior, and given constraints
• Elaborate business, information, and technology architectures mapping
• Develop an architecture vision that satisfies architecturally significant requirements through trade-off analysis, proof of concept implementation, and benchmarking
• Set up and manage architecture design and documentation processes
• Document and communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs to major stakeholders
• Review and validate design decisions made by downstream teams to ensure alignment with the solution architecture vision

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
