DevSecOps Engineer

Ciklum is a custom product engineering company supporting multinational organizations and startups with technology solutions. The client is a global food tech company with almost 100 million active users in 25 countries, focusing on cloud-native platform security.

• Practical experience deploying applications or tooling in cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong skills deploying AI security solutions and guardrails for AI systems
• Proficiency in at least one of C#, Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash, with experience automating security processes
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code practices
• Experience in Agile, DevOps-driven teams with continuous delivery
• Confident stakeholder management, able to translate security risks and technical decisions for product and engineering teams
• Collaborative mindset promoting secure defaults rather than imposed security

• Design, build and deploy security controls and guardrails across cloud-native platforms, including AI security solutions for customer-facing products
• Run password audits, vulnerability scans, and intrusion detection to identify and close security gaps
• Automate security processes as code, embed compliance and Infrastructure as Code checks into CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct risk audits and assessments, providing recommendations for engineering teams
• Monitor and analyze system access logs, flag anomalies, and support incident response
• Plan and test security backup and disaster recovery processes
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line InfoSec teams, translating technical work for product and engineering audiences
