DevSecOps/Platform Engineer

The Poland branch opened in 2020 employing over 150 engineers. The role is focused on designing and implementing secure, scalable Azure foundations for agentic AI solutions.

• Strong experience designing cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure identity and access management, including workload and managed identities.
• Experience with API management, secure service-to-service communication, and enterprise integrations.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD.
• Understanding of observability, distributed tracing, and monitoring of cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud and AI security, including risks specific to agentic AI systems.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and security frameworks.
• Ability to design architecture patterns and explain technical decisions to engineering and business stakeholders.

• Design secure and scalable Azure architectures for agentic AI and multi-agent solutions.
• Define identity and access management for AI agents, workloads, and enterprise services.
• Design secure API and tool access patterns for AI agents.
• Implement observability and end-to-end tracing for agent workflows, tool calls, and system interactions.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated environment promotion.
• Apply security best practices including secrets management, access control, prompt injection, and data protection.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams on governance, security, and integration requirements.
• Define reusable architecture patterns and standards for multiple AI solutions.
