Corporate Senior Business Data Analyst (m / f)

Medicover is recruiting for the Corporate Insights & Analytics Development Department. The role is part of a strategic project at Medicover involving the latest technological solutions in an international environment with teams across Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Norway, Sweden, and India.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions, data visualization, and analytics
• Experience with Power BI, advanced DAX programming, and creating scalable analytical models and visualizations
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience managing Workspaces, configuring data refreshes with Data Gateways, assigning permissions, and implementing Row-Level Security
• English language proficiency (minimum B2)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments
• Highly developed analytical and business understanding

Nice to have:

• Preparedness to work in Azure Databricks environment
• Higher education or ongoing studies in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or related scientific fields
• Basic knowledge of statistics and familiarity with Python

• Maintain and develop reports, dashboards, analytic tools, and data models
• Design and build Power BI reports according to the implementation roadmap
• Participate in the migration project to Power BI reporting environment
• Model data in the semantic layer (star schema, DAX, relationships)
• Prepare presentations, ad hoc analyses, and materials for business meetings
• Apply and promote established Power BI standards
• Participate in projects implemented by the department
