Transformation Manager

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or related industry (nice to have)
• Very good knowledge of business processes in distribution, logistics, or regulated documentation management
• Experience working with legacy systems (refactoring, migration)
• Supervision of requirement fulfillment
• Monitoring implementation and compliance of solutions with business requirements, conducting project documentation reviews, managing requirement changes (change control), and ensuring consistency between documentation and actual system configuration
• Coordination of communication between business and IT, including translating requirements language between technical and business teams and collaboration with Product Owner, project manager, technical teams, and supplier representatives
• Support for data migration process through defining strategies, quality requirements, validation, and system mapping
• Documentation and reporting of progress with preparation of regular analytical and status reports for the project team and management

• Analyze existing legacy systems and identify areas for refactoring or replacement with new solutions
• Conduct pre-implementation analysis and map current business processes (as-is)
• Design target business processes (to-be) aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements
• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Define requirements for data, validation, reporting, and auditability
• Develop acceptance criteria and support UAT and system validation according to GxP
• Collaborate with IT, QA, Compliance teams, and system suppliers
• Participate in supplier selection and support tender processes
• Oversee requirement fulfillment and manage change control
• Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Support data migration processes including mapping, validation, and data quality
• Document and report progress with regular analytical and status reports
