The team is responsible for developing and maintaining sales configurator solutions supporting global business operations.
Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably related to software development.
- Experience leading project teams and building team engagement.
- Practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in executing complex IT projects and working with complex system architectures.
- Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps.
- Independence, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation.
- Very good command of English (C1 level).
Nice to have:
- Experience in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) projects.
- Knowledge of systems supporting product configuration and sales processes.
- Experience in production, engineering, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of Product Configuration or Sales Configuration Platforms.
Obowiązki
- Lead and develop a multifunctional project team through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement culture.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Manage project schedule, scope, budget, and risks.
- Identify and coordinate dependencies between teams and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective collaboration with business partners and technical teams.
- Supervise release management processes, plan releases, and implement new functionalities.
- Monitor project finances, costs, invoicing, and cash flows.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, quality standards, and security requirements.
- Report project status and actively manage stakeholder expectations.
