Euroclear is a financial services company managing Financial Crime risks including AML and Sanctions, with a dedicated Compliance & Ethics department driving digital transformation through AI, data, and digital solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Master's degree in a field relevant to AI/data or equivalent professional experience/certifications.
• At least five years of experience in data, analytics, automation, AI, citizen development, or digital solution delivery.
• Ability to analyze business flows and translate user needs into practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience or strong ambition to develop expertise in Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, prompt design, and practical AI business cases.
• Hands-on experience or strong ambition in citizen development using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, relational databases and SQL, cloud data platform (data lake), and Python is a plus.
• Membership or active participation in communities related to WeConnect, Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot, AI, or Data Scientists is a plus.

• Support the divisional vision and strategy of providing smart data and digital solutions for Compliance & Ethics.
• Act as the main interface between IT teams and Compliance & Ethics business areas for digital transformation, solution building, rollout, and maintenance.
• Provide administration and technical advisory for compliance service domains and IT/Data/AI tools.
• Elicit business functional and non-functional requirements and document business processes and requirements.
• Lead or contribute to citizen development initiatives using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Lead or contribute to design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption of practical AI agents, focusing on Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
• Build relationships with Compliance teams, business managers, data suppliers, IT specialists, Power Platform experts, and data analysts.
• Explore business problems, challenge current ways of working, propose ideas, and contribute to productivity improvements through data, automation, AI, and citizen development.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies while developing business, compliance, governance, risk management, and internal control knowledge.
