• Deep understanding of SAP GRC Process & Access Control architecture and integration with ERP systems.
• Strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL for service delivery and system integrity.
• Knowledge of ERP compliance requirements including Computerized System Validation (CSV), ICFR, and Data Privacy.
• Experience leading technical teams designing standards-based architectures in complex, multi-product contexts.
• Ability to maintain technical vision, roadmap, and documentation for enterprise solutions.
• Skilled in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and secure Integration Pathways.
• Expertise in defining Reference Architectures, Design Patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
• Capability to evaluate technology trends, assess feasibility across solutions, and perform vendor assessments.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for technical and diverse stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive approach to enhance security value, manage technical debt, and lead compliant solutions innovation.

• Define and own the architectural blueprint and reference patterns ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise standards.
• Ensure Non-Functional Requirements such as scalability, performance, and security are integrated into core design.
• Lead architecture-related problem solving for complex security and compliance challenges using data and threat modeling.
• Maintain the technical vision, architectural roadmap, and guardrails.
• Assess impacts, dependencies, and risks of new initiatives across the application landscape.
• Engage and align stakeholders across business, security, and IT by communicating complex technical concepts adequately.
• Define and maintain the technical and integration roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Review and guide feature implementation to ensure long-term system sustainability and maximize value delivery.
• Continuously improve the architectural landscape and support secure adoption of new capabilities.
