Business Analyst - Pharma R&D

• 7+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience
• At least 4 years in life sciences/pharma or relevant business functions
• Experience managing end-to-end BA workstreams and navigating ambiguous requirements
• Skilled in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management globally
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery, backlog management, and GxP validated systems
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis concepts and practices
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and change management
• Ability to apply analysis tools and techniques independently
• Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Dedication to mentoring junior and intermediate Business Analysts
• Proactive in initiating process improvements and organizational development
• Willingness to learn and develop practical experience in AI agent workflows

Nice to have:

• Designing structured data pathways to prevent AI hallucination (Semantic Grounding)
• Interfacing with NLP and RAG pipelines (Unstructured Data Skills)
• Adapting SaaS platforms to leverage Veeva/Falcon AI (Platform AI Integrations)

• Lead business analysis for initiatives or workstreams with autonomy
• Manage end-to-end business analysis independently
• Adapt standard frameworks and mentor junior/intermediate Business Analysts
• Lead analysis of business problems and perform root cause analysis
• Deliver comprehensive requirements and contribute to solution selection
• Identify and engage cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and resolve conflicts
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans
• Contribute to long-term solution roadmaps
• Handle ambiguous requirements and interact with stakeholders across broader product environments
• Apply tools and techniques for requirements, data, usability, and process analysis
• Actively shape team processes, methodologies, and best practices within the Community of Practice
