Fullstack Engineer (GenAI) Typescript/Python

Building an AI platform facilitating automation deployments in companies. The platform acts as a central hub managing AI models, user access policies, and costs, integrated with customer systems and processes. It operates productively in clients from marketing, tourism, logistics, finance, and consulting sectors.

• Practical experience building asynchronous solutions, writing efficient non-blocking code, and handling race conditions.
• Proficiency in Linux, infrastructure, and DevOps, including Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and logs.
• Ability to deploy and maintain production services from start to finish.
• Experience with Agentic Engineering tools such as Codex and Claude Code, building system-level solutions.
• Versatility in architecture design and openness to trends, with a focus on solution correctness and verification.
• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Programming primarily in TypeScript (approx. 70%) and Python (approx. 30%) with FastAPI.

Nice to have:

• Production experience with integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Frontend skills in React and TypeScript for dashboard creation.
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or logistics.
• Skills in reverse engineering, cybersecurity, or participation in CTF challenges.
• Contributions to open source or personal projects involving deep code understanding.
• Knowledge of Rust or Go programming languages.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Qdrant or pgvector.

• Oversee the technical design and development of the platform based on client requirements.
• Develop the LLM orchestration engine, AI agents runtime (RAG and DeepAgents), document processing pipelines, and integration layers with client systems.
• Collaborate directly with clients without intermediaries.
• Potentially take ownership of platform development and team growth within 6-12 months.
