Governance Analyst

Primaris Services employs over 250 experts with 15 years of experience in the IT industry in Poland and abroad. The company delivers complex projects across multiple sectors including banking, insurance, healthcare, robotics, energy, and media, serving over 40 active clients. Their services cover system development from scratch, maintenance, product implementations, team allocation, and individual expert placements. They are also a gold partner of UiPath in Robotic Process Automation, building robots and selling licenses to clients.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Governance, or Data Management
• Practical experience in Data Governance projects and reporting management
• Experience in inventory and mapping of reports, data sources, and data flows
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Ownership, Data Domains, and Data Lineage
• Experience in creating management models, policies, responsibilities, and documentation
• Ability to organize business concepts and develop consistent data models/ontologies
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good command of English
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and management (B-1 / Board level) is an advantage

• Build a comprehensive model for managing reports, KPIs, data domains, and data flows
• Create a library of reports and indicators
• Organize data sources
• Define data owners and responsibilities

The cooperation and onboarding process are conducted remotely. The recruitment process includes a phone interview (up to 30 min), a remote technical-business video interview (60-90 min), and a remote meeting with the Project Product Owner (30-60 min).
