Data Platform Administrator

Founded in 2008, ComeOn Group is a leading global player in the rapidly growing iGaming market. Having launched its first online brand in 2010, ComeOn Group operates a wide range of brands across several regulated markets on its proprietary Casino and Sports Betting platform. The company has over 550 employees across 7 main locations.

• 5+ years of experience in MySQL and MongoDB administration.
• Experience with schema changes, large-table operations, performance tuning and migrations.
• Strong operational mindset including high-availability setups and backups.
• Experience working in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including BigQuery, AWS, GCP.
• Scripting and automation experience with Python, Bash, and SQL.
• Proactive ownership and effective collaboration with developers, product owners, BI, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Desire to modernize legacy database structures and expand into data engineering roles.
• Proficient in English, spoken and written.

• Own MySQL, MongoDB and related systems across development and production environments.
• Ensure database uptime, reliability, performance tuning, monitoring, scaling, backups and security.
• Manage schema changes, large-table operations, and data migrations.
• Lead database upgrades and refactor legacy structures.
• Automate operational tasks for efficiency and reliability.
• Support real-time pipelines and data flows.
• Support audits, change management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage access controls and release processes.
• Partner with developers, product owners, BI teams and QA for reliable data.
• Collaborate with the team and grow into broader engineering responsibilities.
