Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst - Supply Chain

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, analytics, or a related field.
• University degree or technical background in logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data interpretation, reporting, and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset; experience with planning systems and IBP/S&OP processes is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.

• Prepare and maintain data packs for Demand Review, Supply Review, Integrated Reconciliation, and Management Business Review (MBR).
• Analyze demand trends, supply risks, inventory imbalances, and business performance gaps, providing actionable insights and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across planning data, reports, and forecasting views.
• Develop and enhance reporting templates, analytical models, and dashboards.
• Automate recurring reports and planning activities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support data governance and continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.
