Senior Project Manager

Ework Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale global IT transformation project involving ERP system migration and implementation across more than 20 countries.

• Minimum 10 years managing complex large-scale IT projects or transformation programs.
• Documented success in global ERP implementations, system migrations, or technology platform transformations in international organizations.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or similar ERP systems.
• Experience managing implementations across multiple countries, preferably 20 or more.
• Extensive experience designing and managing project/program governance, including cooperation with steering committees at executive level.
• Proven ability to influence decisions, constructively challenge assumptions, and build consensus among demanding executive stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of financial management and experience working with finance business processes.
• Experience managing system integrators, external suppliers, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, quality, organizational change, and business benefit management.
• Project or program management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP are an advantage.

• Manage comprehensive global ERP transformation from preparation, planning, migration, implementation to stabilization and program closure.
• Oversee migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and coordinate deployment in over 20 countries.
• Create and manage program governance structures including steering committees, reporting processes, decision-making principles, quality control, and escalation paths.
• Manage program scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverable quality.
• Collaborate and engage with executive management, national leaders, Finance, Technology, and Operations departments, and program sponsors.
• Coordinate global and regional teams, implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams for program consistency.
• Supervise country readiness for deployment, business process harmonization, data migration, testing, production launch, stabilization, and system handover to operations.
• Balance global standardization with justified local business and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management reports, present data-driven recommendations, and escalate critical decisions and project risks timely.
• Lead change management, business readiness, stakeholder communication, solution adoption, and realization of targeted business benefits.
