QA Mobile Automation Engineer

Their platform is used globally on major construction sites for infrastructure projects such as solar farms, pipelines, and roads. The company combines AI, computer vision, and drone imagery to turn field data into project intelligence. They hold ISO 42001, ISO 5259-3, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 certifications.

• Minimum 3 years in software testing, including 2+ years of writing and maintaining test automation
• Strong practical knowledge of Kotlin or Java, including framework design
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Appium test suites (Appium 2.x, UiAutomator2, XCUITest)
• Comfortable with tools like adb, logcat, emulators, simulators, app installs, and permissions
• Solid understanding of test design and architecture, including page objects and test data strategy
• Experience testing REST APIs manually and from code
• Clear understanding of testing levels: unit, integration, API, E2E, and the pitfalls of slow E2E tests
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
• Eye for UI detail and understanding of mobile UX patterns, design systems, and component libraries (e.g., Figma)
• Proficient with Git and modern development workflows
• Analytical approach to flaky tests: reproduction, isolation, and distinguishing test bugs from product bugs
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
• Professional-level English (C1)

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for Android and iOS apps and their APIs
• Build and improve mobile test automation architecture using Kotlin, Java, and Appium
• Choose appropriate testing levels for product risks and avoid fragile end-to-end tests
• Run test suites on emulators, simulators, and real devices, maintaining speed and stability in CI
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and define quality gates
• Analyze results, investigate failures, and eliminate flaky tests
• Create reusable test utilities, fixtures, test-data strategies, and shared components
• Use device logs, developer tools, and network proxies to troubleshoot UI, API, and connectivity issues
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability via accessibility IDs, test hooks, and debug builds
• Work with developers and product managers on requirements and acceptance criteria
• Review designs and feature specs with designers and PMs to identify UX/UI edge cases and accessibility gaps
• Ensure UI/UX quality and responsiveness across various mobile screen sizes according to Design System guidelines
• Collaborate with QA engineers to identify tests worth automating
• Evaluate new testing tools and approaches for quality or delivery improvements

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
