Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis for software products.
- Proven track record of shipping features end to end.
- Strong analytical mindset to structure complex information and make trade-offs explicit.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle for web and mobile products.
- Ability to translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and business rules.
- Experience with product data, defining success metrics, reading dashboards, and using analytics to evaluate decisions.
- Confidence to ask questions early, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions to closure.
- Collaborative mindset and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers.
- Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, screen layouts, and user journeys on web and mobile.
- Hands-on Figma skills for drafting wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Attention to UI consistency, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
- Professional English (C1 level).
- Practical experience with tools including Jira, Notion, Figma, Miro, and product-analytics tools like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise or field-heavy users.
- Experience running product discovery.
- Knowledge of process modeling, API concepts, or data models.
- Comfort with data analysis including SQL or product analytics.
- Familiarity with construction technology, GIS, or geospatial products.
- Experience designing mobile and field workflows, including offline scenarios.
- Academic or practical background in UX/UI design, interaction design, or usability research.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) in a Product Owner or equivalent role.
Obowiązki
- Own selected product areas by understanding customer needs, business problems, and product opportunities.
- Run product discovery via interviews, workshops, research, and analysis with customers, field teams, and stakeholders.
- Define problems, target outcomes, and success metrics before defining solutions.
- Turn opportunities into clear requirements such as epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, business rules, and dependencies.
- Draft early user flows, wireframes, and sketches using tools such as Figma to support the Design Team.
- Partner closely with Designers on UX research, usability edge cases, and feature refinements while respecting the Design System.
- Prioritize and refine the backlog, prepare requirements for development, and collaborate with designers, developers, and QA through delivery.
- Lead design reviews, make scope decisions, and unblock the team.
- Run user acceptance testing and verify the solution solves the intended problem.
- Measure adoption and impact post-release, and decide on further iterations.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and stakeholder updates.
- Support sales, customer success, and onboarding with product knowledge and customer-facing materials.
