• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) are highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)

• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base

• Set standards for development, integration, and governance ensuring quality, security, and performance
• Design for AI and drive AI initiatives within ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities including campaigns, events, and organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs'
