Wymagania
- At least 10+ years experience in cyber security testing/assessment, penetration testing, cyber security operations, cyber security audit, or information security governance.
- Degree level education or equivalent, preferably in Digital Assets, AI, Data Science, Financial Technology.
- Established personal authority with ability to provide advice and functional direction at senior levels.
- Good knowledge of Standard Chartered Bank's businesses, markets, operations, and risk policies.
- Proven ability to support complex global activities through influence and credibility.
- Ability to understand strategic priorities and focus on function details for effective delivery.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess existing and emerging risks pragmatically.
- Experience identifying risks, developing mitigation actions, and reaching stakeholder agreement.
- Situational awareness with ability to facilitate outcomes amid conflicting priorities.
- Sound judgement, integrity, independence, and resilience.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complicated risk issues simply and business-friendly.
- Self-starter capable of making practical recommendations within approved parameters.
Certifications:
- Digital Asset and Blockchain Certifications (e.g., CBSP, CCI, CDAA) highly desirable.
- AI/Emerging Technology Certifications (e.g., AI Engineer, Security Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, AIGP, ISO 42001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) highly desirable.
- Industry qualifications in Operational Risk Management or Information & Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM(P), CCSP, CRISC).
- Assurance/Audit qualifications (e.g., CISA, IIA, CIA, CRMA).
Obowiązki
- Support the Head of Assurance in developing and executing the Technology and Cyber Risk Assurance strategy for Digital Assets and Emerging Technologies risks.
- Lead and execute complex, risk-based assurance reviews on governance, risk management, cybersecurity, resilience, and technology controls.
- Serve as primary subject matter expert for Digital Assets and Emerging Technologies within Assurance.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements affecting emerging technologies.
- Assess alignment of technology initiatives with the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and related frameworks.
- Evaluate governance, risk management practices, security controls, third-party oversight, model governance, data governance, resilience capabilities, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide independent insights and thematic observations to senior management.
- Lead validation and closure of assurance findings and management actions.
- Contribute to development of innovative assurance methodologies and data-driven techniques.
- Partner with First, Second, and Third Line functions to enhance risk visibility and control effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assurance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain internal and external networks including industry forums and regulatory communities.
