Global Product Lead - AI Security Platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, information governance, compliance technology, or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Purview, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, Data Classification, Insider Risk Management, and related data governance.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale DLP strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data protection principles, cybersecurity controls, security best practices, and risk management.
• Experience with AI security, including securing AI-enabled solutions, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge of Data Engineering concepts and data lifecycle management.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) operations, including security and governance.
• Experience with cloud security principles and controls.
• Strong incident response and security investigation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements related to data protection and information security.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence diverse stakeholders independently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the DLP operational service aligned with business and security goals.
• Standardize processes, identify automation opportunities, and enhance reporting and service performance.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs, service levels, and operational metrics for governance and continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison between DLP, CDC, AI Factory, Cyber Security teams, and stakeholders for collaboration and escalation management.
• Oversee DLP operational processes delivered by CDC ensuring adherence to procedures and resolution targets.
• Develop operational processes, playbooks, monitoring frameworks, and governance controls for AI security and data protection.
• Maintain and improve DLP process documentation.
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent in AI security.
• Create operational plans and reports related to AI security for business functions.
• Assess risk landscape regularly and adapt strategies to emerging threats.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify data vulnerabilities and threats.
