KYC Lead Specialist – Quality Assurance Team

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/KYC client onboarding, periodic reviews, or compliance.
• Experience analyzing High Risk Customer AML profiles.
• Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations and processes.
• Knowledge of State Street procedures is an advantage.
• Intellectual curiosity for continuous learning in AML and KYC.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Very good English language skills.
• Additional language skills in French, German, Italian, Dutch, or Arabic are advantageous.

• Perform 4-eyed quality assurance checks of KYC records for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate adherence to AML Policies, Standards & Procedures regarding CIP/CDD.
• Validate enhanced due diligence on high-risk customers/accounts.
• Complete required forms and checklists to support quality assurance.
• Meet targets for quality assurance reviews within agreed timeframes and escalate as needed.
• Maintain tasks on designated tracking and reporting tools.
• Provide updates to stakeholders upon request.
• Assist with external regulatory examinations or testing.
• Escalate AML concerns, suspicious activity, or corporate policy breaches promptly.
• Notify local management of operational issues.
• Attend AML awareness training sessions.
• Support ad hoc and strategic projects.
• Act as a KYC subject matter expert providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Collaborate and lead conversations with key stakeholders on execution and tracking of key deliverables.
• Provide support and act as deputy to the QA Operations Manager as required.
• Demonstrate commitment to AML risk excellence through timely and accurate completion of due diligence requirements.

The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week working from the office.
