IT Business and Systems Analyst

Their services range from building systems from scratch, development, maintenance, product implementations, team allocation, and individual expert placements. They are also a gold partner of UiPath, building robots and selling licenses in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience.
• Experience in analysis and architecture design of applications and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of monoliths, microservices, and business domain decomposition.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience or knowledge related to data migration between database systems.
• Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and Apache Kafka integration architectures.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot using Kibana/Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of SOAP UI for testing SOAP services.
• Ability to identify data redundancy problems and design solutions to limit them.
• Ability to read and analyze existing code and technical documentation.
• Understanding of basic integration and communication patterns between systems.
• Analytical thinking and understanding of complex business processes.
• Ability to collaborate within a team on architectural changes and system migrations.

• Analyze and design application architecture and distributed systems.
• Understand monolithic systems, microservices, and business domain decomposition.
• Analyze dependencies between modules, business processes, and data flows.
• Work with relational databases and SQL.
• Analyze application logs and diagnose issues using Kibana and Elasticsearch.
• Use SOAP UI for testing and verifying SOAP services.
• Identify data redundancy issues and design mitigation strategies.
• Read and analyze existing code and technical documentation.
• Understand integration patterns and inter-system communication.
• Collaborate with the team on architectural changes and system migrations.

The entire cooperation and onboarding process is conducted remotely. The onboarding process involves a phone interview (up to 30 min), a remote technical-business video interview (60-90 min), and a remote meeting with the Product Owner (30-60 min).
