IAM Specialist

• 4+ years of experience in information security, IT support, or IAM roles.
• Understanding of RBAC/ABAC/SoD models, user provisioning, and access lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and handling access-related requests.
• Ability to analyze access data, identify inconsistencies, and suggest improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Advanced level proficiency in English.
• Experience with access management in AWS IAM, Okta, Atlassian, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards: ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, DORA, COBIT.
• Familiarity with access management controls for databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Linux systems.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation or analysis tasks.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in the fintech domain.

• Manage access requests and permissions across various company systems.
• Conduct access reviews and analyze entitlements for excess or conflicts.
• Support external audits by collecting and documenting access-related evidence.
• Implement and maintain access management controls, including SoD matrix and Toxic Role Combination control.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement access management requirements aligned with security and compliance standards.
• Control and reduce redundancy in access rights provisioning.
