Wymagania
- 7+ years professional experience in the video game industry with multiple shipped AAA titles.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role related to sound design or audio direction.
- Strong creative skills and a focus on quality supported by portfolio, demo reel, or game credits.
- Collaborative approach to challenges and design obstacles.
- Exceptional artistic and creative competence.
- Effective cross-disciplinary communication skills.
- Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with teams.
- Experienced in supportive leadership and collaboration across development teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Atmos, Surround Sound, 3D Audio, and HRTF.
- Experience with performance capture.
- Experience planning and executing field and Foley recording sessions.
Obowiązki
- Lead a team of Sound Designers and drive game audio development in the project.
- Define and maintain aesthetic continuity throughout the game and trailers, aligned with prior IP releases.
- Collaborate closely with project Directors, Leads, Producers, and cross-discipline teams (Music, VO, Programmers).
- Plan, revise, track, and execute milestones, sprints, and roadmap deliverables.
- Support and coach team members to achieve impactful and high-quality in-game results while fostering their growth.
- Support the design and development of innovative audio systems using Unreal Engine 5, Wwise middleware, and in-house tools.
- Design, implement, and mix original and rich sound effects.
