Wymagania
- Significant experience with Unreal Engine, especially in one or more areas: Streaming (World Partition System, HLOD, cooking pipeline, FastGeo), Memory systems (allocations, GC), Physics (ChaosPhysics), World building tools (SceneOutliner, LevelInstances).
- Extensive experience with C++.
- Relevant AAA game development experience.
- Experience developing for PC and consoles.
- Experience with multithreaded programming.
- Strong system architecture skills.
- Ability to debug and optimize code.
- Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with custom game engine development.

- Develop and maintain core technology systems built on Unreal Engine.
- Propose and implement solutions addressing performance and scalability of large open-world games.
- Cooperate with Epic Games to advance Unreal Engine technology.
- Build technology delivering memorable gaming experiences.
- Collaborate across disciplines to meet stakeholder needs.
- Create tools and data pipelines to manage a massive world with minimal performance impact.
- Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with power users of the systems.
