CD PROJEKT RED is a company with a mission to create revolutionary, story-driven RPGs for gamers. The position is within the Studio Operations department, working in the IT Asset Management team at the company's studio in Warsaw, Poland.
Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business/IT operations, IT Asset Management, IT Support, or logistics.
- Conversational level of English.
- Very good knowledge of Polish.
- Accuracy in carrying out tasks.
- Well-developed organisation and coordination skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
- Knowledge of current hardware technology and nuances.
- Experience with Jira Assets, GLPI, or other hardware managing solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Obowiązki
- Keeping inventory of IT assets up to date.
- Reporting IT assets stock and potential risks to IT management.
- Maintaining transparent and accessible assets tracking documentation.
- IT related invoices settlement.
- Supporting IT processes.
- Planning and lifecycle management of all IT resources.
- Cooperation with external partners.
