Technical Project Manager

The client company has developed solutions for mobile apps, payments, business travel, and advertising since 1992, and is building a mobility platform to manage vehicles, drivers, regulators, service providers, and riders efficiently.

• Strong experience in Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Technical Program Manager roles
• At least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern US working hours
• Hands-on experience managing Agile ceremonies and software delivery
• Experience delivering complex technical projects against external deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to understand API specifications and sequence diagrams
• Daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar
• Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Manage delivery across four engineering and QA squads
• Support sprint planning, standups, grooming, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Maintain backlog health, estimates, commitments, and delivery predictability
• Identify and remove impediments, escalating issues with recommendations
• Manage scope changes, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Track delivery metrics such as cycle time, rework, predictability, and escaped defects
• Map dependencies and sequence work around critical paths and deadlines
• Coordinate delivery across engineering teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Provide clear and actionable project status updates to senior stakeholders
• Use AI tools to automate sprint reporting, risk analysis, release notes, and delivery monitoring
• Identify slipping work, stale dependencies, and scope drift proactively
• Support continuous improvement of team processes and delivery practices
