System Administrator - Infrastructure & Information Security

• 3+ years of experience in system administration with hands-on Google Workspace and macOS administration.
• Proven experience owning asset management.
• Intermediate command-line skills in Linux and working knowledge of AWS and GCP.
• Strong discipline in documentation and compliance with access policy.
• Service-oriented approach comfortable with non-technical users.
• Good written and verbal English (B2 preferred).

Nice to have:

• Experience configuring Jira and Jira Service Management.
• Hands-on MDM administration experience.
• Scripting skills for automation and understanding of CI/CD.
• Linux or networking certifications.

• Own the full access lifecycle including provisioning, reviews, and revocation with documentation in tickets.
• Resolve support and service requests end-to-end to ensure smooth operations for the distributed team.
• Administer Google Workspace and Jira Service Desk including intake forms and workflows.
• Manage GitHub organization members, teams, repository permissions, and access.
• Maintain Jenkins nodes and GitHub–Jenkins integration components.
• Manage a primarily Apple device fleet via MDM: enrollment, configuration, updates, and security baselines.
• Identify and automate recurring request types to reduce manual work.
